Remember how yesterday I said I was going to get to Core Synergistics before dinner. Um yeah, that didn't happen. SO today I did Core Synergistics AND, instead of Kenpo, I did a workout from Cathe's 4 Day Split--the Double Cardio premix which rocked as always.
I was beat during my workouts today. Not just because of the length; I was just drained today but I soldiered through and I'm ready for tomorrow :)
Now I'm all caught up.
